AP Investment has recently advised on the acquisition of an imposing 5 storey Regency office building in the centre of Leamington Spa. The property has been acquired by Appoly Ltd for their own occupation as they relocate within the town centre.

The 5,654 sq ft building has office accommodation arranged over ground and four upper floors. There is a separate lower ground area (1,300 sqft), accessed from Parade, which was the former Wildes Wine Bar.

Appoly plan to refurbish the office space and create an in town “tech hub” for local businesses. Small office suites in the building will be made available to rent. The plans for the lower ground will include creating a members club for the local business community.
